WE WISH YOU A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.
It's never too late is it? Anyway hoping all our friends had a good holiday season. We did. Kevin and Kris were able to come down for a visit. It seemed almost like Christmas in spite of the awful sun and 80 plus degree heat. Christmas without rain, snow and cold is weird.

Hey I recognize that house from La Cruz, actually its a cafe- The Real Estate Cafe (as that sign advertises posted on the tree)... Always gives me a chuckle when walking by, I just can't picture potential gringo buyers doing business in this "cafe"- who knows maybe they make a mean cappuccino.... -Kris
