There is truth here. Mexican love their music. They love it more when it is loud. They love it best when it keeps them awake and ready to party 4:30am.
Way too true. I have Mexican neighbors here in the San Diego area and when they party it starts at 8PM and goes till 4 or 5 AM. Last time I finally called the police at 12,1,and 2 AM but they were too busy to do anything. I was later told it might have been that my neighbors were part of a big Mex bikers gang and they didn't have the resourses to mess with em.
